Lighting Question?

I was wanting to know which of the normal output bulbs are the best. I know GE makes an general aquarium bulb, a fresh and salt aquarium bulb and a salt aquarium bulb. Then there is Sylvania Growlux bulbs in normal or wide spectrum. I can not find any info on the Sylvania bulbs. The GE salt bulb only has 700 Lumens and a CRI of 54. On the other GE bulbs both Lumens and CRI are higher. Which of these bulbs would be the best to be added to my 2 96 watt power compact. I was going to add 2 bulb now and don't have the money to add more power compacts.
