I have a 55gal tank converted to a refugium/sump (main tank is 220g) and it holds 2- 27watt PC's from HD and made by LOA.

The reverse lighting is to keep the ph stable during the night or when lights are off. Most tanks drop a little in ph and this keeps the ph pretty stable.
