I have a minor problem with some bulbs from HelloLights.I know that on of our members is somehow associated with this company.I would like to contact him/her to discuss my issue.Anyone know who they are and how to best get a hold of them?

What kind of problem are you having? I bought some of there metal halide's and the burned up within a month. I just called and they gave me credit.

I have purchased replacement bulbs from them and have not had a problem. I think they are a good outfit and will accomodate your problem as a point of customer service. Call them up tommorow and let us all know what they did to help resolve your problem.

I have dealt with them exclusively for my current lightning system.I went cheap and got the Vion 10k 250 watt Mh bulbs and after exactly 33 days they both went bad.2 different problems: one burn out completely, the other was do a constant color shift.I contacted them and got this all handeled.I am extremely happy with their CS and always have been.Got 100% credit and applied it twards 2 more VHO balasts and bulbs.Once again I am completely satisfied with HelloLights as a company and with there staff on a more human level.Great company.
