Where does everyone buy there ballast, bulbs, and general lighting parts?

I am interested in buying some VHO or something to go along with my 2-250 metal halides(150gallon). I read so many different post's and I cant figure out which is the best to go with.........and help?

Icecap makes a wonderful ballast for VHO and right now, Ocean Encounters is having a special on them. They are also a sponsor of the board so supporting them supports Reefland.

There are others as well, Premium Aquatics, Reef Splendor, Custom Aquatics, etc. I do know that Vince was running a special though.
