Question for Perry.
Perry,
Wondering if my 400w Bluewave ballasts, will drive my 400w 12K Sunburst bulbs. I assume they will, but though I should check first.
I am wondering if they will drive them brighter, than a regular ballast.Doug

Perry, you said just about any lamp. Would this include 400w Iwasaki 65K bulbs. Thanks

Sorry to be a pest, but anyone else try this. I have used Iwasaki bulbs in every other ballast, but I know they are somewhat particular.
Still interested if the pulse start will run them fine or if there is a negative factor to them. Perhaps I will just put one in and see,

Yea, pulse start ballasts will run the iwasaki's. Obviously not ideal like a MV ballast, but you should see no problems.
