400 watt MH
I'm looking for a 400 watt light bulb that the color is between the 10k Ushio and 20k Radium? Would this be the Aqualine 10K?

The AB-10000 is just slightly bluer than the Ushio 10,000K. AB-Aqualine insists that all of their AB-10000 bulbs are actually 13,000 Kelvin.
There are other metal halide lamps on the market, such as 12,000K, but these appear even bluer than the Radium 20,000K and test results show that they are inferior in total PAR.

Which is higher in total PAR, Aqualine 10K or Radium 20K?

The 400w AB-10000 measured 135 PPFD vs. 116 PPFD for the 400w Radium 20,000K according to tests conducted by Dr. Sanjay Joshi, which is as expected based on their Kelvin temperature ratings.
