Pfo Vs Icecap
Ok i talked to LFS and the guy has had bad luck with the icecap ballast..he had a 175 MH. and it started to flicker after a year or so. although im interested in the icecap 250 HQi this still bothers me.. he has a PFO ballast with electric starter. which is better..i want to run DE bulbs..
