Ice Cap ?

Where is the best site to buy a Ice cap 660 or 430.

Is Ocean Encounters still a good place. I have purchased Ice caps at that site before!?

I would say yes, I just purchased 2 250W HQI ballasts from them, and service and delivery were perfect...
