Icecap?
Sunlight Supply electronic ballast?
Helliolights?
BlueLine E-Ballast from Champion Lighting?

I'll give a vote for the Ice Cap.... the HQI, 250W is been running on my tank for about a month, and it's SILENT does not get hot and turns on and off with the timer just like they are supposed to.. Got a pair of them from www.oceanencounter.com with 10,000K AB bulb, and Reflectors for like 470.00... great buy in my book!!!
