The Yellow Clown Goby is a relatively hardy fish, but it has been known to be a problem to get to eat. It is a carnivore. Your choice of foods is good to help get it started.
Some of its initial problems is acclimation. It Was Acclimation, I know. . . Acclimation not done properly can put the fish 'off' its feed for a few days. It might just need a few days to settle down. I would suggest you tempt it with Cyclopeze (frozen if you can get it). One food that usually attracts most carnivores is finely chopped fresh scallop meat. Get some fresh scallop from the market, or a small bag of frozen. The fish should accept all those foods you've tried, plus small pellet food. A very important thing to remember and do is provide foods that are very small in size. When it gets to eating, it will take on larger bits of food, but small is usually best at the start. A third suggestion is to find some frozen sea plankton and try bits of it. Because they can be finicky, it is one of the fishes best held in a quarantine tank to help get it eating. What is its current behavior? Is it perched, hiding, or ? They are peaceful in general. Speaking only in generalities: it should get along fine with the RG. The Anemonefish can be intimidating if it thinks it owns the tank. The wrasse will usually go about its business and not bother with the Goby.

This fish is one of those fishes that benefit from a quarantine process for not only acclimation and disease, but also to get to eat. See top of: A Fish Quarantine Process
Was it eating at the place you got the fish from? What was it eating then? If you obtained the fish before it began to eat during captivity, it may only live about 3-4 weeks from its capture date without food (assuming perfect water quality). It would be a shame to lose the fish because it doesn't finish acclimation and start eating. Try the foods recommended in the previous post, but if you can, setup and get going a quarantine tank and have it ready to put the fish into it. If you think the fish never ate in captivity before, I'd put the fish in the QT when it is set up, unless it starts eating this weekend. Something to do this weekend (in case you were wondering what to do! )

Had the same problem with my Clown Goby. For the first week he would not eat anything live, flake or frozen. I finally introduced some zooplankton and he went to town
