As far as mucous coating goes, Tangs in general have a poor 'coating.' This allows ready access by some parasites. Tangs travel with them in the wild quite often. In the confines of the aquarium, these things can multiply and get out of hand quite quickly.
This is one reason I've always used and recommend a freshwater dip on the acquisition of any fish.
I would give the fish a freshwater dip as described here: Freshwater Dip for Marine Fishes
Keep in mind that a Tang likes to play opossum! In the dip water it will more than likely play dead. So follow the recommendations closely.
Examine the dip water afterwords to find those little 'things' on the bottom.

but now its gone now he has one white dot on his nose it seem like it goes away in one day
If we're truly talking about a living parasite -- they go through cycles and the 'babies' are hard to see.
If this isn't a parasite, it may be a coloration/pigmentation issue.
