How big is your tank?
I'm not an expert but I think your fish all have ich because of stress, a lot of these fish don't belong together in the same tank.
I'm sure someone else will chime in with treatment but I'm sure most of your fish are scared to death

Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Teach him how to fish and you get rid of him all weekend.

You should be aware that fish don't contract Marine Ich (Cryptocaryon irritans) by overfeeding. It accompanies the fish you obtain and that is why a quarantine process is used -- to stop the introduction of Marine Ich into the display tank.

No reef safe cure is known at this time. You may want to review some of the myths and 'myth-information' about Marine Ich here: Marine Ich - Myths and Facts

From the above you'll learn there are only three known/proven effective treatments for Marine Ich. None of these treatments can be done in the display tank.

The small tank you have is good for the quarantine of new fishes, but as you point out, unable to handle multiple fishes. You need more QTs to now eradicate this disease. There is only one other option and that is to let the fish you have suffer and then die.

During such stressful times, fish may stop eating. Keep offering the right kinds of foods. Another value of the quarantine tank is to get the fish eating the right kinds of food before it gets into the display tank.

Trying to get a fish to eat during illness is not easy. The emphasis should be on curing the fish quickly. When that stress is reduced, it will start to eat again (if it was eating originally). You may tempt the fish into eating during this time using any food, even inappropriate foods like brine shrimp, blood worms, etc. You may even tempt the fish with live foods: brine shrimp, mysids, pods, etc.

Good luck!

The foods you have listed do not provide enough nutrition for the fishes you have listed you own. More details on what to choose to feed can be found here:
Feeding Marine Fish and Fish Nutrition

You may take note that a fish "eating like a pig" usually is a sign that the fish is starving. That means, the fish is not getting the nutrition it needs to live. Nature kicks in with a message to "eat more" when the fish can't find the right foods. You may want to read this:
Does Your Fish Eat Like a Pig? - Not so Good?

I'm amazed sometimes how aquarists think their fish are doing fine when they are eating like a pig or are fat. Do humans think that fat humans are healthy? Do humans think that people who gorge themselves are healthy?

The diatom filter will remove some of the organisms from the water, but not all water, you see, will go through the diatom filter. Think of it this way: The water that passes through the filter will be clean, but not all the organisms have to pass through the water. It's the same reason why a UV doesn't do the job either. See the reference on Marine Ich and read what it says about using a UV or ozone to kill Marine Ich. The same concept applies to filtration.

If you are willing to trust me at all, then trust this: There are only 3 ways to 100% cure the fish of Marine Ich and none can be performed in the display tank. I appreciate your 'out of the box' thinking but this disease has been studied for more than 100 years and nothing other than those 3 ways have been found to cure the fish.
