flame angel

yesterday I received my shipment from singaphore,most the fishes are very good,but only one fish the flame angel had abig mouth (swelling moth)
no any other symptoms ,the body is perfect in color and shape, the fish didnt eat I think she cannot open and close the mouth because of this swelling .
the swelling exactly at all the lip area and keeps the mout always open.
is it internal bacteria??

A photo is essential for me to be able to more accurately diagnose the condition. There are a range of conditions that fit this description.

I am sorry I couldnt take pic the fish dead this morning and it seems she lost part of the lips ,it is not my fult I recieved it with this legion ...........
but still I have many other unique fishes in excellent condition Ill soon post the photos.

shame about the flame angel, i guess you cant do that much when its that quick.
