Black Ick?

What does black ick look like? Is there a picture of it I can see? I have two fish that have large (1/8") black dots on them but im not sure if they were there before or if they are new.

Any links? I cant find it in the stickies.

Just want to add behavior is normal. No scratching, no labored breathing, no discoloration, full appetites. Just these relatively large black spots on two out of three fish in the tank. One fish its on most of the body on the other only the dorsal.
