Stocking question for new 55 gallon
Setting up a new 55 gallon tank that will house softies and LPS. I am thinking of putting green chromis in it as my only fish. I know they do best in groups, but what size group should I do for a 55? It will have probably around 45# of live rock in the main tank, approximately a 2 - 3" sand bed, using an old wet dry but instead of bio balls I will use live rock rubble and a CPR Bak-Pak 2R HOB skimmer.

Re: Stocking question for new 55 gallon
Successes have been reported for any number from 2 to 8.
The minimum number I recommend is 5. There is less bickering and no single fish gets the brunt of any bad placement in the pecking order.
