i have just bought 2 clownfish as my first fish.
ive tested the aqaurium and everything seems fine, but i can see the veins that run through them.
they're eating okay, so is this something to worry about or could it just be the stress of being moved??

I would need a photo to answer your question with certainty. I'm unsure about the kind of lighting you have on the aquarium. Some lighting will highlight certain colors and features of marine fishes. On the other hand, it could be a minor infection.

If you are new to marine fish keeping, then I suggest you do a lot of reading. There are many fine posts and articles here on Reefland. For instance, you mentioned your water quality is good, but there is a lot more to water quality than what test kits will show. This is one of those posts that explain that sentence: What is Water Quality.

Then, there are posts which explain that you don't want to put fish into any marine aquarium that hasn't matured. That is, you don't want to put fish into an aquarium that is young and under a few months old. This is that post: The Mature Aquarium
