Doesn't look like Ich to me but I guess it could be. There is the one white spot and if you look about midways in his body you will see a bump as well. Is this ich or what? Can it be treated in anyway while in the tank?

The photo doesn't support a Marine Ich (Cryptocaryon irritans) infection. If it were, the fish would have to be moved out of the display and into a hospital tank. The only known treatments that get nearly 100% positive results require isolation from living rock and any invertebrates.
I would keep an eye on the fish for any change in appearance. The bump could be a reaction to a minor skin infection or it could be worse. Look for changes.
In the meantime you can provide more information about the fish while you are monitoring it:
1. How long have you had it?
2. What is it eating? How often you feed?
3. Its current size.

I have had it about two weeks now. He is eating like a horse. I feed everyday, but only what I see the fish eat. Once food start hanging around, I stop adding it. He is eating blood worm, brine shrimp, formula 2 flakes and spirulina flakes and I put dried seaweed in a clip but I am not sure if he is gettig it or the LM blenny. His size is about 2". I just noticed th spots tonight, so I will continue to monitor. I did notice he is going up to the fire shrimp to let them pick over him, but at the time it was feeding time and I think they were more interested in the good stuff.
As this fish gets older, it will need more and more vegetables. I would feed more dried macro algae first, then wait a bit later to feed the other food, giving the chance for the fish that eat algae to get their fill of that before they turn to the other foods.
