Help!!! My tank has a worm.

I found this while cleaning my sump.

what is it? Do i keep it? Feed it to the fish?

Looks like a bristleworm to me. A harmless beneficial scavenger. Also a very good reason to always wear gloves when putting your hands into the tank. These guys will give you a very painful sting that could cause an allergic reaction. Most of our tanks are loaded with them.

I'm assuming your system has live rock or coral. These bristleworms hitchhike on the rock and reproduce pretty easily. See the attached thread.
