Seahorse shedding grey skin

Please Help
I have a marine tank with a fire shrimp, two seahorses & two clown fish.
In the last 24 hrs I've noticed a worrying grey patchiness on the larger seahorse which is shedding & flakey.
The seahorse has also become restful.
I'm very concerned.
Any Advise would be very much appreciated.

WELCOME TO REEFLAND!

Although I don't dislike seahorses, I'm really not all that familiar with them. If someone else doesn't respond to your question, you should search the Internet for a seahorse site. There are whole websites and forums devoted to seahorse husbandry.

Hi Susan!

Welcome to Reefland!

Your best bet would be to check over at http://forum.seahorse.org/ for assistance. They could recommend meds and treatment that might help. I have to tell you, it does not sound promising, especially if the grey patchy area resembles webbing.
