Yellow Tang

Hello I Have 55 gallon reef tank with a refgium filter system My yellow tang has red spots on his body I added PIMAFIX to the water which was suggested by my local fish supplier My questions are is this antifungal solution going to work ? and if not what does anyone suggest I do to sole this problem thankyou

Are they truly red spots? or are they very dark, like black spots? Are they very tiny? It could be Black Ich. Read this and compare the photo linked to this reference to compare to your fish.
