powder brown spots on side of body

I cant figure out what is wrong with my powderbrown he has brown spots on bothsides if his body they look like ulcers some are big and some or small.All my other fish are doing fine even my annomme.Does aany body have any suggestions? oh by the way all levels in water are correct except nitrates '20'

Can you be a little more specific as far as parameters go? Like specific gravity, pH, temp., using R/O water ect. Was this fish quarantined? If we know a little more of the water chemistry, it will help us help you better!
