tiny spec question

howdy all. I noticed tiny white specs...2 on end of one gill, and 3 on the end of the other gill of my new coral beauty. Does anyone think it is the beginnning of ick or something else? thanks

Proper identification is very important. Without a diagnosis, treatment is hit or miss. You want to read and look a photos of fishes with Marine Ich (Cryptocaryon irritans). Search the Internet for photos and read these:
