I moved your post into the Marine Fish Disease Forum where the topic is more in line with the post.

Generally, the cloudy eyes are a sign of a bacterial infection. This usually comes about by less than perfect water quality combined with a less than good diet and/or other stressors.

The fish should be moved to a hospital tank and treated with an antibiotic. The causes of the stressor(s) need to be found and eliminated or significantly reduced.

The hospital tank is the same as setting up a quarantine tank. This has everything you need/want to know: http://www.reefland.com/forum/marine...e-process.html
