New Reef Tank

May or may not have white spot in my newly set up reef tank, I have 20kgs live rock 1 yellow tailed purple tang, 1 sailfin tang, a pair of percula clowns, 2 cleaner shrimps and various crabs and snails. Hard and soft corals. My purple tang has a couple of white speckles on him and is swimming erratically and occasionally rubbing against the rocks. Water quality is excellent. PH and water temperature are all spot on. Could this be white spot and if so how do i treat.

How long has your tank been set up?
And how long have you had your purple tang?
If the purple tang is a new fish in your aquarium, it is possible that a couple of spots of marine ich might appear from stress. If you being to see these spots fade on this tang, then the likely cause was because of stress. If you see these spots on other fish, you might have an outbreak of marine ich, or various other diseases involving white spots.
I'd wait on Ninong, Reefland, or Zhenya's or Leebca's opinion on the matter.

tank is 6 months old but has just been moved to a new house, only new ocupant is a sailfin tang but he seems fine .
