pale koran angelfish

hi,
ive got a 28 gallon aquarium which ive had running now for about 7 months. 2 weeks ago i added a koran angelfish, at first he was feeding well and seemed fine but the last week hes kept hiding in the rocks, hes got very pale and is hardly eating. ive got 2 clown fish,a royal gramma and a cleaner shrimp. ive also got a green star polyp, a yellow star polyp and a white pacific anenome, salt levels are 1.023 have tested nitrate,nitrite and ammonia all are fine. ph is 8.2-8.3. i feed the fish frozen brinshrimp.
any help with the koran angelfish would be helpfull

Have you noticed any aggressive behavior from the other fish to your new angel fish?

i havnt noticed any aggression towards him, have watched them through the day and with the moonlight on at night.

The large Angelfishes are very sensitive to water quality. That tank is overstocked now, before its addition, and the Angel is getting the brunt of it.

The 1" or smaller juvenile can be in that tank alone for a few months, then it will need a 75g aquarium until it is about 2". Then into a 180 and then into a 300 when it is about 4". Finally that fish should be in a 500g aquarium when it is a mature adult.
