I was trying to find something that my lawnmower blenny will eat, and they need something vegetarian I think.

Correct. Take the list of frozen foods you found on the Internet and ask your LFS if they stock these. If not, ask the LFS to order them for you. If not, find one that does or will.

Ok. In the meantime he's eating at the kelp/spirulina pellets I have there. They do have wheat in them but kelp and spirulina are the first two ingredients. Better than the "algae" wafers I had, the first ingredient was "fish meal". Some algae wafers.
I'm still not totally clear what type of frozen food is totally vegetarian. Everything I seem to come up with has meat in it. Do they sell frozen algae?
You'll find no foods or no prepackaged frozen foods that are all vegetarian. Stick to those that claim to be for herbivore fishes (like Tangs) but read the label for ingredients. You have to just do the best you can. Avoid foods with land products in them, even if they are 'green' land products (like lettuce, spinach, peas, etc.). But if that is all that is available, it is better than the pellets and flake foods.

Well he seems to be doing much better now. He's devouring the pellets I'm putting in for him (when I put them wrapped in a piece of cheesecloth). He also seems to be gaining a bit of weight but it's hard to tell yet. I have algae sheets on the way for him and I'm going to pick up some frozen food the next time I am in town.
so how is ur blenny doing now? =) i love my lawnmower blenny and reading this topic makes me prepare for the time when she will eat all the algae.. im trying nori .. ill let u know if she will it it
