Sounds like a very stressed fish. You would want to look for stressors that are constantly affecting this fish. Space stressors would be my top concern, followed by nutritional issues.
I was just over a friends house and he has a 6 to 7 inch long Blue Tang 2 8 to 9 inch foxface and some snails. The tang has gone through fin rot which has been taken care of a long time ago but he has lost some of his coloration on his face to an almost yellowish color. Sorry I don't have a pic but I found it odd and my friend has no idea how this came about. Anyone have any ideas on what it is or how to treat it?
