Can 1 fish in 110 gal keep Ich alive?

My reef tank has been fishless except for 1 yellow tang for almost 8 weeks.
The yellow tang is impossible to trap or remove with a net. My large Naso tang, blue tang and blue neck trigger are doing great in my 30 gal hospital tank. Yellow tang also looks great in DT. I am also running a UV in DT.
Can 1 fish really keep Ich alive with so much water volume? Any Ideas?

PS. Fish were removed because all fish had serious Ich.

All it takes is one fish. This isn't a very good question. If you're making such an effort, going only part of the way is going to lead to no success.
