I'm unsure about the kind of fishes you are keeping. Are they saltwater fish or freshwater fish?
My fish too also have this cloudy eye. but its like a fungus all over the fish and it looks terrible. we checked the water about 2-3 days ago and the ph was VERY low. we done a water change and put some melafix in the tank and it gradually started to raise back up. well today my 2 black sharks looked even worse. my oscar (ive had the oscar longest and i love this fish) is also getting this fungus too. i went and got some fungus clear and added it to the tank today. it turned the water green and it looked horrible. i went to the grocery store and when i returned about 2 hours later one of my black sharks had already died and the fish were laying around! SO we done ANOTHER water change and done a COMPLETE one. put some melafix in and im hoping the fish improve tomorrow when i wake up. I dont know what to do we just keep encountering problems. its frustrating and it kills me to see the fish look so miserable. Even judging by pictures i cant really identify what the problem is because the internet is pretty vague for everything ive looked up on the fish. im hoping this website can help me out!.. Ill give some detail to what the fish looks like so maybe you can help me out. Their eyes have this cloudy look to them but its not jus in the eye its like a layer of slim over the eyes and it appears they cant see because their just laying around and not eating. Its also on their bodies and its like a slim coat as well with pieces floating out from their bodies. ANY ideas!??!

Welcome Jamie.....
Every "Oscar" I ever kept was a freshwater fish.....This is a Marine (Salt Water) fish forum.....
You need to find a place to ask questions about freshwater fish.....
Good Luck.....

Lol i didnt even realize that! sorry.. i just got overwhelmed that everyone on this site interacted with each other and i got so happy i overlooked that it was saltwater.. my bad..
Dr Lee, my SW fish also got the same symptoms (tang) clouded eyes and fungus all over it's body...clouded eyes making it blind and couldn't eat anything. My clown also has one of his eyes clouded!
Koopa,
I can tell you right now that one of the first things Lee is gonna ask for is water parameters, without a test kit you cannot answer his questions, then he is going to want to know the tanks history etc. And he will more than likely tell you exactly what everyone else has told you, while you are browsing this section, read about the qt tank and hospital tanks, you are right here where the are located
Tanks,
Robert

koopa,
As Parrothead wrote, we need more information. Since this is an old thread that 'started off on the wrong foot' I'm closing it. So I also recommend you start a new thread.
In addition a few photos, close-up are very useful for us to help you.
