What is it: skin lesions, whitish mucus?

What are symptoms: not eating, low energy, markings on skin, loss of color?

How is it curred (or prevented?): Formalin treatment (Formalin Treatment - Marine Fishes)

Who can catch it: any fish, but most anemonefish are prone to it (it's also known as the anemone fish disease)? Something to do with the egg sacks on fish?

Life cycle: is it like Ich? Does it linger in water? Would an 8-11 week fallow system (no fish) be guaranteed to not have it?

How deadly is it? Will it kill a fish quickly?

Anyway, I'm trying to learn about it. I studied Ich and feel confident in how to make sure it doesn't enter in my main system, but what about this other disease? It can even transfer by using a contaminated net?
