Keep the two apart. Allow no further contact.
If the fish has been getting enough food, vitamin and fat additives, and the proper food (meaning the right nutrition) the fish should heal on its own.
However, in its current condition, it wouldn't be unusual for the fish to contract a bacterial or fungal infection. Make sure the fish keeps eating. If the marks get worse or look 'different' other than white, you should treat the fish with a topical antibiotic. I don't know what is available to you in your country, but it needs to be a topical antibiotic that fights Gram Negative bacteria. This is administered in a separate, quarantine tank. Also, if the fish stops eating, begin treatment immediately.
Hope treatment isn't needed.
