ocellis clownfish sick??

I just bought two ocellis clownfish, I have had them for 8 days now and one seems perfectly fine eating very healthy and the other doesnt seem to eat very much if not at all. That one clownfish seems sick or something, it lingers at the bottom of the tank on the sand like a goby and is breathing very heavily..

It is very common for Anemonefish to contract a disease called Brooklynellosis. It is highly likely that this is the problem.

It can also be just acclimation problems. The diagnosis is mostly up to you, since from the photo I can't tell for sure if I can separate out what exactly may be going on.
