flat worm?
This one is harmless.
could not take picture,would not show up it was so small.i found it on the side of tank.was about an 1/8" or smaller and thin as paper but definatly wiggiling and stretching out.sucked it up in syringe to put on black plate. thats how i could see.what is it?is it bad

I swim with them, eat them, catch them, care for them, but never get tired of "them"....
Your question about what it is is extremely hard to answer. We would at least need a photo.
However, I can with confidence say it isn't likely a fish parasite. They (that are worm-like) rarely leave the body of their host.
