    Yellow Clown Goby with Bumps!

I have a yellow clown goby. i just noticed he has some bumps. Im relatively new with aquariums and have never had diseases, so i dont know what this is. They look like little pimples. the Ich i have seen looks bright white which this doesnt but he is yellow so its hard to tell. Do i just treat for Ich. And if so i dont have QT and im in a small ass apartment with no room to put one. I know i should have one but i dont so any suggestions on how to treat without one. Again i know i SHOULD have a QT but i dont so help me work with what i have.

    Thanks
    Thomas

also there are about 5 bumps. they all stick visibly off the fish. roughly the size of the head of a needle. He stills seems happy and hasn't been itching that i can tell. also the bumps look like boils or bubbles i really dont think its ich after looking at picks but im not sure

You don't mention (or I missed it) what color they are. First, if they are white and the size you did report, then I'd give it a high probability of it being Marine Ich.

ok so the bumps are back and much much worse. There are more they are very raised off the skin and look like bug warts or pimples. Its not ich one of my other fish got ich and this is not the same. His face is all sunken in and starting to discolor. i think he is beyond saving and it came back and is this bad over the course of about two days. I need to know what this is because i need to know if its something i did wrong or just something he had that took a long time to get bad. Any ideas? Im treating with a general cure but no luck

    Thanks
