Unhappy Green chromis is not looking so good :(

So i bought 3 green chromis from my LFS about 2 weeks ago, all have them have been fine, except one. it has been swimming strangely for about the last week, wont school with the other chromis and swims facing upwards. There are no signs of ich or anything else that might be a concern besides its behavior. It constantly bumps into its surrounding and i can even put my hand in and touch it without it freaking out. I am currently in progress of establishing a QT so any advice? im scared for this guy

These fish are inexpensive and not much of a 'money maker' for the commercial side of the hobby. Hence, these fish are often mis-handled and mis-treated throughout the system. It seems like this fish may be a victim of this. Perhaps it was injured and it is just now showing up, or the fish just can't handle anymore acclimation.

Providing the best water quality and keep offering foods is the best way forward. Since you have a QT setup, I would move the fish into there so it doesn't suffer negative attention from the other marine life in your tank. A 'sick fish' or a weak fish is often picked on to make it die faster.

Although it probably won't help, you can start a treatment with Maracyn 2 for Saltwater fishes. This antibiotic is a good all 'round treatment for the types of bacteria that have a negative impact on marine fishes.

Wish you and the fish luck!

I appreciate your help a bunch!!! unfortunately the fish passed. im also scared it might have been from parasites as it would almost purposely flash or scrape its body on the filter also i noticed its gills became more noticeably pink. If my other fish remain fine im sure that rules that out.
