Finrot after cryptocarium treatment

Hi after finishing the Cryptocarium treatment I see that my angelfish has finrot as a secondary infection I supose. The fish is obviously still in hospital tank and I am trying to keep the water parameters as good as possible.
Please can I have some advise how to act and what meds to use to treat his condition. Seachem, Waterlife, Sera and Esha are the easiest meds for me to get localy.

At home I have Paraguard dont know if it will do?

The secondary infection is not that unusual. Angels in particular suffer from this. If this is one of the large Angelfishes then I hope you have a large display tank for it.

While it is still in quarantine you want to treat the fish with an antibiotic that is particularly aimed at Gram Negative bacteria. I'm sorry that I don't know the medications you have available to you in your country. However, any of the following would be a good choice:

Maracyn Two for Saltwater (or Freshwater) fish
NITROFURAZONE
NEOMYCIN

Look for a product containing either of those two antibiotics. The first is a brand name of a third type of antibiotic.

Thank you for all your help. I will buy the med first thing in the morning!

This Angelfish is Genicanthus melanospilos female. The males are usualy bigger and reach about 7 inches in their adult size.
My display tank is aproximately 175 gallons.

Hi, The only meds available at my LFS were Seachem KanaPlex or Waterlife Myxazin both seem to treat similar conditions. I bought Seachem KanaPlex as I have had some good results with their meds.
Do you think it will do in this case.

Going from memory (which isn't as good as it used to be!) I think you'll be okay using KanaPlex.
