The secondary infection is not that unusual. Angels in particular suffer from this. If this is one of the large Angelfishes then I hope you have a large display tank for it.
While it is still in quarantine you want to treat the fish with an antibiotic that is particularly aimed at Gram Negative bacteria. I'm sorry that I don't know the medications you have available to you in your country. However, any of the following would be a good choice:
Maracyn Two for Saltwater (or Freshwater) fish
NITROFURAZONE
NEOMYCIN
Look for a product containing either of those two antibiotics. The first is a brand name of a third type of antibiotic.
