my old fish wont eat

I read the post about fish not eating. The only question I have is my fish was eating ok but stopped around a month ago. Ive tried different foods and medicine and it hasnt worked. What else can I do? My water is at 79 f. and 0ppm nitrites and ammonia, 8.0 ph and 0-5ppm nitrates. My tank is 5 months old and I have 3 coral 1 anemone and 3 fish. The one that wont eat is a black clown fish, the next is a orange clown fish which eats great, and a mandarin that eats fine. Any help would be great.

The accurate but useless response is that the fish isn't eating because of a stress or multiple stressors at work. It can be as simple as the fish just not acclimating to your tank, to captivity, or the tank life, or a bit more complicated like water quality, even though the numbers you've presented look good.

Not eating is a sign of an oncoming disease, too. Keep looking for other symptoms. Have a quarantine tank ready to move it into.

For now, I would recommend a huge water change -- over 80%. Sometimes this addresses a water quality issue but it also can sometimes 'shock' the animal into eating again.
