    Panther Grouper Acting Weird

    Hello everyone,
My boyfriend and I have a 125 gallon saltwater tank and we have had it up and running for about 8 months now. We have had a Panther Grouper in there for about 5 months, we got him when he was a few months old, about 3 1/2 inches big, and he is now about 4 1/2 inches. He is normally a voracious eater, but for the past week, has not been eating and just a few days ago started acting weird. By weird, I mean not swimming right, almost like his fins and tail are broken, and looks swollen. We have never had a problem with him, I normally call for him when it's dinner time and he always comes up to snatch a piece of krill up even before it hits the water. He just isn't himself, and it's extremely upsetting that my Mr. Personality isn't himself. Please any help would be wonderful!
I think it may be dropsy.... It just started looking bloated today, how do I help it in time to save him?

More information on water quality would be useful, as would be a photo or movie of the fish. Info on the system and tank mates could prove useful, too.

What other foods have you fed, other than krill? Hopefully the diet has been varied and contained vitamin and fat supplements because if not, the fish is likely just not properly nourished.

Perform a huge (over 80%) water change. Follow these guidelines: How to Make a Successful Water Change See if the fish perks up any. Repeat the water change in two days.
