my buddys tank crashed ....
he has green mandarin that eats frozen foods and brine...can I add him?

Probably a bad idea. You're definitely over capacity already. That's awesome that the mandarin will eat frozen. I recently added one to my 40 gallon and do far it's only been eating pods.
