New to this, fish in qt, does anyone know what this could be?

My clown recently lost her smaller male companion, we thought that our coral banded shrimp may have gotten a hold of him, but now I'm afraid that he may have had ich? After he died, she pretty much stopped eating, and I noticed some darkening around her head and back. She also has some stringy white poop that she seems to try to remove by dragging her belly on the live sand. We have her in a qt, and we are treating her for ich, but I'm not completely sure that's what it is. If it is ich, could my yellow headed sleeper goby also have it? Catching him to quarantine will be quite a bit harder, but if necessary, I'm sure I could remove all live rock and get him. We are very new to this, but trying our darndest to keep our tank going. HELP PLEASE!!!

    Thank you,
    Brandy

I don't see anything that I can relate to this being a Marine Ich case. I would stop the Marine Ich treatment.

Instead, switch to treating the fish for internal parasites/infection. Please read this post and perform first a de-worming. If the de-worming doesn't improve the fish's condition or stop the fecal matter from being stringing, then treat with an antibiotic.

Here's the post to follow: Strange Excrement from Fish -or- How to be a Super Pooper Snooper

As you might gather from the above linked post, this is something to do to ALL new acquisitions and which you should also do to the fish still in your DT.

Just to be conservative and just to be sure it isn't an internal infection, keep this fish in the QT.
