Hi Cynthia- I called Jenn today & she's talking to Brandon..I think he'd like to sell it all, she is not too sure. Anyhow she's working up a list & prices, I am also interested in some? most? all ? of it...I do not know for sure what he has & what he's getting rid of. I'll pass it along as soon as I get it, I just checked my email, so nothing as of 9:30 PM. Take care, KevinD
Great looking coral, I hope he stays nice. I noticed that my zoos started to melt when my softies started playing chemical warfare. I'm going to do a sea horse tank with my little 24 gallon. I thought about what types of species only tank I would want and thought that either seahorses, an angler, a dwarf octo, pipe fish, or a harliquin shrimp pair would be neat to keep. I'm sure you will find a great use for your small tank or sell it and upgrade to something you can run inline with your new tank
Are you going to put the refuge on the back of your tank? A hang on? I wish I would have put a refuge on the back of mine. All the bugs get munched on the way through the pumps. I also ringed the top of my tank to reduce salt creep (worked great).
I have a friend who's devil's hand appears to be doing some damage to his other corals. Does yours go through extreme color changes? Dark to light? I just don't seem to have enough room under my tank for any add-ons. Everything is cramped in my opinion. I would have much rather ran my sump into the basement or created one behind it like the UniQuariums.
No, my devil's hand doesn't seem to bother anyone. Why does yours? Why wouldn't you put the sump under your tank? Would you put it beside the tank? Tell me more.
I can't wait to build another tank. I've learned a lot from this one. I will definately not put the sump under the next tank! Does your devil's hand war with any of your other corals?
That was a very nice coral! It was a little spendy and high maintenance for me. I don't really like having to feed anything at the bottom of this 30" tank. Thanks for the input though. How is your tank doing?
Hello Cynthia Well I finally got the base for my tank it is not finished but was able to set it up, so I have spent the last 4 hours getting your tank ready for you. I kept the live sand in 2 buckets in case you want it. Just let me know when you can come and pick up., I also left filter with sterilizer hooked up to it will be a real easy transitiion for you to set up. I have cleaned the inside as much as my arm will allow me. Hope to hear from yuou soon., Lisa 471-4811
