Re: Free steaks/ next meeting
My god that thing looks like a plumbing nightmare. I do wish I could make it up there to assist but I am having family down here to see the new house that weekend.
But good luck to you and be sure to have fun. don't get anyone to full or they won't work. ![]() duane |

Re: Free steaks/ next meeting
As far as I can tell Kyle, this is going to be another one of those meetings!! I am going to pick Rob up between 8 and 8:30 next Saturday, so we should be down there around 10 or so. I don't know if Brandon is gonna make it, I haven't talked to him since the week before hunting season started. I will be talking to Jerry tonite, to see if he is gonna make it.
If I understand correctly, all we are gonna be doing is gluing the spaflex into the PVC, correct? Do you have tools sitting around that we can use to make sure the bulkheads are tight? Are all the unions and ball valves wrapped and tight? With any luck at all, we can be outta there before dark!!! |

Re: Free steaks/ next meeting
um the RO/DI should be pretty straight forward. If I can install one, what does that tell you.
Brandon will be there, just got an e-mail. With 3 people working on this thing, we should be outta there by about 3. |

Re: Free steaks/ next meeting
go through polson.....through pablo...past construction...youll hit the first stoplight in ronan(dairy queen) .....take a right (youll be on round butte road)...go past the school.....past woodys hardware ...over railroad tracks...keep going untill you see a power substation on your left you need to watch for the road imediatly after this you need to take it on the left this road is not labeled but it is-(rocky butte rd) . go down and past the first "intersection" youll see Songer rd on the right (labled) go down this untill you see a big a** trashcan on your left(my trashcan)and white mailbox, turn in youll see vehicles black acura / red expedition and large shed. 37617 songer rd ronan mt 59864.

Re: Free steaks/ next meeting
Well, we didn't get any steaks, but I left too early for them anyways
![]() ![]() We at least got a plan going so we didn't shoot ourselves in the feet. What we scoped out should work a little better than the previous plan, but it is, or should take you some time to get this thing rolling Kyle. The plumbing plan we have looks pretty straight forward, and you should be able to handle it, but if you need a hand, I think I should be able to come down again next Sat. If not, maybe Brandon could give you a hand, and I am always reachable by phone. Good luck!! |

Re: Free steaks/ next meeting
Looking good Kyle, looks like I won't have to come down next week huh? Did Brandon come over to give you a hand?
Did you get all the caps for the closed loops you aren't gonna be using? |

Re: Free steaks/ next meeting
Should I just throw a cap on the bottom of the closed loop union (im not using?) I need one more thing from ace then i'll start gluing.. I am hhaving trouble with the OM touching the sump(it really wants to pull to the left.) whats the best way to solve that?

Re: Free steaks/ next meeting
I would cap the inside of the closed loops you aren't using, keep the sand out!!!!
You will have to find a way to pad that Kyle, got any of that foam around? |

Re: Free steaks/ next meeting
i was thinking that if i wanted to use the closed loop later all i would need to do is take the cap of the bottom of the union and "flush" it real quick by opening it and closing it into a bucket?
I may do that with all the inside tank returns that i'm not using (put lockline ect on them) and then close and cap the unions that way i wont have to dig in the tank at all when i need more flow.? am I off track here? |

Re: Free steaks/ next meeting
OH, if you are going to put locline on them, you should be fine. You didn't say anything about locline before.
