December-January meeting

How would you folks like to come up and give ol' Charlie a hand? The rebuild of the 300 is near, and this is the chance to get it done. First off, we going to move the sump to the back of the tank, to where I have access to it. This may take the whole day to get done, but I promise, there will be food and beverages. May only be pizza, pop and beer, but unlike other experiences, I will hold to that!!!!
I am thinking that last weekend in December would be a good time. Let's celebrate the New Year and the Christmas holidays !!!!!!

PVC, glue and primer will be provided, just bring your bodies and a creative mind. What do you think? If you think you don't know what you are doing, welcome to the club. There is a basic plan, but God only knows how that will change.


December 29th, the earlier the better. Coffee will also be provided for all us caffeine junkies.

That date could change Brandon, it all depends on me getting all the parts that I need. If I moved it back a week, there wouldn't be a problem, I think Rob could make it the week after for sure, and I am pretty sure I would have everything by then. I'll keep in touch here, for sure, and I do know your phone number.

Ok folks, it seems as tho the date in between Christmas and New years is NOT a good time to do this. Let's shoot for the 5th and 6th of January. By that time, everybody will be broke and looking for something to do. Like I said before, I have the perfect remedy for boredom!!!!
And also as stated before, this is not going to be a short day, there is a ton to do just with moving the sump, but I will bet that we can keep you occupied.
Your help is really needed and will be greatly appreciated.

First off I simply wanted to say, ya I really am still alive. From time to time I still dream of a tank again but I can't refuse an old friend a helping hand.

From the looks of some of the prelininary drawings we are going to have our hands a little more than full. Maybe you should post them here as well Charlie. I know it opens things up but sometimes people have some good sugestions .... we just need to wade through the BS.

Anyway, I'm still looking at the drawings trying to figure it all out and will have more than a couple questions for you I'm sure.

Anyway, good to be back into the thinking game again and look forward to fixing a problem I only know too well :P:P:P
