Re: New 180

great to finally see all the hard work actually being put to use. now that I see your pictures I understand a little more of your IM.

Yes, the way you have it setup is exactly what we were thinking, Only thing I might suggest is some plywood and a pad under the tank, it'll help support as well as create a small shelf on back that you can stack equipment.

Holes can be drilled in the "Shelf" to allow clean piping to the sump.

ALL IS GOOD THOUGH , can't wait to see that thing with water in it, Charlie and I spent may hours thinking that system out and can't wait to see it in action.

Nice setup. I thought I reconised the tank. I didn't even know charlie sold the tank. Shows how much I'm in the loop these days.

Re: New 180

Duane what kind of pading should i use under the tank atop of the plywood? Is 1/2" ply enough or go 3/4 -1"?

Urban_s, I thought you knew I was buying it, Not trying to leave you out .

I'll host a meeting or two in the future, one to complete plans and setup advice , maybe a 2nd to set it all up . I just want to make sure it is all done right the 1st Time.

Need we say more?????

Needless to say, maybe I would have gotten hold of Mat if I hadn't dropped my cell phone somewhere where the sun doesn't shine, I would have gotten hold of him. We were at the track at least 10 hours a day, it was a little busy.

Hey, I could use some LR...I'll be right over to get some from ya...errr...oh wait...

Damn it...I knew I should have hid in Charlie's vehicle when he left.

You should have seen the guys face at Verizon on Wednesday when I picked up a new phone.

We probably could have found room underneath the tarp in the back.

Re: New 180

Let's see...70mph through the mountains in northern NV at about 30*F with me just under a tarp....mmmm...tempting, but I think I'm glad I sat this one out. Come on down for the summer and then we'll talk about me hiding under the tarp to go back. LOL

Sorry for hijacking your thread Ramer...ooops!

I would have been ecstatic to drop it in a mop bucket.

Re: New 180

I guess my worst phone scenario was when I lost it while shooting the 2005 MX Nationals at Glen Helen. LOL :slap: That's what I get for putting it on my belt instead of in the backpack. :slap::slap:
