Hammer Frags Anybody?

I have been asked to frag one of my Hammer colonies. i have always resisted but i find that i am in need of a couple bucks to get a new skimmer. they just don't make cheap skimmers for a 700-800 gallon system.

i am posting this to see how many people would be interested in picking up a Hammer frag. i could go as small or as big(maybe) as most would want. the price is the hard part. how about $15 for one head, $25 for 2 heads and $35 for 3 heads? if someone wants a bigger piece then we can talk.

pick up at my house only.

if anybody wants a whole colony, all you need to do is go to Spokane and pick up a used skimmer from Kevin for me and it's all yours

Maybe I should collect some people on the way thru Kalispell and you could get the cord for your skimmer

Hey! I don't want to be left out in the cold here! I would like to try a hammer. The last piece I had got eaten by something, at least, that's what I think happened. It just disappeared. Maybe I need a bigger piece? I'm sure Charlie wouldn't mind carrying an extra head home with him for me. Right Charlie?

So far this is the list i have. consider them spoken for-

Charlie- 2-3 heads
Cynthia- 1 head
Ramer- 2 heads
Shrink- 2-3 heads
Vaughn-2-3 heads

in a perfect world, it would be nice to have everyone show up at one time to get their frag. it is a bit of a pain to get frags in and out of my tank (because of the depth) also i think some might want a bigger piece once they see how beautiful the coral is .... i would prefer to pull the main colony out of the water only once to cut all the frags, if that is possible.

if you know of anybody else who might be interested, let them know if you would.

I agree with Rob, take the coral out of the water once, less stress.

next saturday is a good idea. lets say about 3:30-4:00. i have football in the morning and i am moving the 40 to Whitefish later that day. it won't take long to cut the frags. everyone should bring a container or we can use a zip lock bags.

mostly i want everybody to be happy with their frag.

if anybody is looking for SPS, i have a few nice bright blue acro frags too.
