He's a Dolabella Sea Hare (sea slug) but he looks like a horse to me with his ears and he sure eats like one.

got your message, i don't know what the "egg" things were????? did your fish eat them all? if so, that is probably a good thing. all i can think of is eggs from a fish, snail or shrimp??? really i don't have a clue. glad to see that it made the long trip

This be true! Shelby made me designate my own blender for fish food.

The fuge is doing pretty good. I will post some pictures here soon. The chaeto is starting to take off. I can really see the difference in algae growth if I don't change my phosphate pad every week though.

Have you tried without the phosphate pad?

I get a pretty good growth of algae like I had before. A week or so after I added the phosphate pad all my hair algae went away . So I try to change them regularly.

I would give it a shot without the pad for maybe a week, just to see how the chaeto reacts. What do you think?

I might try to use the phos pads longer to see if the chaeto will pick up the extra phosphate. I just don't want my corals to get covered in hair algae.
