Have you tried a search on live brine shrimp? I seem to remember a place in Utah, but I can't remember the name.........................
Here, try this:

Do any of you know a good place to get brine shrimp eggs? My wife and I are thinking about attempting to raise peppermint shrimp and will require live brine shrimp.

I can use any dry flake food but there are water quality issues as it collects on the bottom of the tank. Live brine shrimp stay in the water and will get eaten all day!
Have any of you guys bought from them before?
I have bought the golden pearls from them, but I thought they sold eggs?

My peppermints have been reproducing in my big tank for 8 months or so. I noticed that 3+ of them ended up floating over into my fuge. Now I see them running around on the glass frantically. I'd say that they are about 3/8" long. Pretty neat! I assume they are eating pods? I guess I do have a bring shrimp hatchery in there. I also had my pajama cardinals reproduce this last week but I'm pretty sure the chromis ate all of the babies.Good luck!
I love sushi! Is that strange?

Apparently in the ocean the baby shrimp float out into the ocean where they cannot run into anything or get smashed by the heavy flow. They eat just about anything that is small enough for them that they float into. As long as they don't get smashed or eaten they may survive on the creatures in your fuge.
Edit:
Also if they are that big they are most likely past the hard part! Do they actually look like shrimp now?

When the peppermints popped out they looked like shrimp from the get go. They floated on top and got picked off by the chromis and pajamas instantly. So the ones that made it over to the fuge are bigger and now able to run around on the glass. There seems to be an explosion of 200+ babies once every three weeks. The explosion usually occur around midnight so I miss most of them.

We get baby shrimp 1-3 times a month since we have so many pepperment shrimp. They can actually be pregnant and impregnate the other pepperment shrimp at the same time!![]()
Nice, lol!
