Hit the caps lock Kim......... I am sure you didn't mean to yell
I would keep an eye on it, but I don't think it sounds good. There aren't any more snails, are there?
I HAVE BOTH CLAM BOOKS. I BOUGHT 2 BEAUTIFUL (AND VERY EXPENSIVE) T MAXIS FROM A VERY REPUTABLE SELLERAND MUCH TO MY DISMAY I LOST BOTH OF THEM. MY BOOKS ARRIVED IN THE MIDST OF THIER DECLINE.(I TAKE RESPONSIBILITY HERE) WELL IN THE MEANTIME THE DISEASE PROGRESSED TO MY BIGGEST OLDEST AND FAVORITE T MAX TEAR DROP AS WELL TO A CROCEA. THE CROCEA WAS WORSE. I DIPPED THEM ALL LAST NIGHT. EVERYONE IS OUT TODAY EXCEPT MY BIG T MAX. ANY ONE EVER DO THIS DIPPING AND HAVE A CLAM STAY CLOSED FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OR IS HE A GONNER. I WAS SWISHING HIM IN THE DIP. HE WAS CLAMPED SO TIGHT. I FOLLOWED DIRECTIONS TO A T IN THE BOOK. SAD..

I KEEP CAPS ON BECAUSE I USE IT ALL THE TIME WITH MY FORMS WITH THE WORK I DO. LOL NOT YELLING. THIS IS YELLING!!!!
I KNEW IT THOUGH. HES DYING. MAKE ME MAD. HE WAS A BEAUTY. LIVE AND LEARN I GUESS. AND NO, NO MORE SNAILS. THOUGH ITS HARD TO SEE WHEN CLAMS ARE GLUED TO ROCK. HAD MY 2 MILLION SPOT LIGHT ON THE SUCKERS WHILE DIPPING TRYING TO CHECK THEM ALL.
WHATS NEXT CHARLIE...OH I KNOW!! FLAT WORMS.....
Personally, I would lay off the clams for a while until your system gets a little more established, especially the maximas and the croceas. JMHO
I know that is not what you wanted to hear, but you just wasted a whole bunch of cash on a bunch of dead critters, SLOW DOWN, what is the hurry?

The Snails Were Never On The Corceas. Just The T Maximas From Un Named Reputable Clam Guy/author. And I Didnt Have Them Long. The Croceas Are Solidily Attached But I Wiggled Them Just Enough To Get A Good Look And No Snails. They Are Pretty Basic Blue And Growing Like Weeds But Yes I Will Send Pics. Your Gonna Get The Rock They Are On Too Which Isnt Much Of A Rock But Im Not Going To Tempt Fate By Trying To Un Loose Them. They Would Love Your Tank.
How many clams are we talking about here?????

Okay. But Dont Laugh. I Bought Them For Filtration..... Joking. Thier Happy Dont Get Me Wrong. Except The T Maximas From You Know Who. May They Rest In Peace.
I haven't started laughing yet. Nothing wrong with filtration, but that is asking a bit much of the little guys. Shoulda bought more live rock. OK, now I am laughing;);););)
