thanks Charlie. your image seems a little dark????? but at least it is closer to the right size. my pics are old but they represent the color well, at least under my lights.
price, i don't know. i plan on replacing the big table with a branching stag that i don't have. i still don't know which one but you know me i like really thick branching coral. it would be nice to get enough to pay for a coral and get it shipped here. but that's not really what you asked is it....
i'll start at $20 for a two inch + frag with branches and if someone wants a larger piece then we could negotiate. does that sound fair? that's about what i can get in Spokane and i know Bob will give me a bunch more credit than that. i'd rather give some to club members that want it at cheap prices. share the wealth so to speak.
this has been a good coral for me, it lived through my hair algae problem and just kept growing. it must be close to 5 years that i've had it. but you know that cause your who i got it from.....
sorry long answer... i'll make sure you get a couple frags. maybe we could come up with a trade... now that's a good idea!!!!!!
The top down pic is actually the true color Rob, sorry about that!!!!! It may look yellow thru the glass but it is a green mille!!!;););)
Like I said, I will take a couple of frags for whatever price you want, if you want to trade, you name the coral and we'll see what we can come up with. There are some untouchables in my 300 though, but you know that! I was gonna save one for Cynthia, I don't think she has one of these, and this mille will grow under abnormal amounts of abuse, it is about the easiest mille out there. Yes, it is about 5 3/4 years, I got mine from Kevin, you ought to see if he wants a piece of it back, I don't know whether he has any of it left???
Like I said, let me know if you want me to take a couple of frags to Spokane with me next Saturday.

Man, that remainds me alot about the mille I had few years back. Remember that one, Charlie? I wish I lived closer I would take couple of frags of both of those corals, Rob.
PS. Forgot to ask...How's that angel with your corals, Rob? I would take a frag of that as well...![]()
Kind regards,
Gene.

I would be willing to give shipping a shot Gene. If I get a couple from him and throw them in the frag tank, we could plat grow out for a few months until the weather warms up???
Yes, I do remember that coral. His has the perfect growth that a mille should have, it is just a beautiful coral.

Yeah, That would be great, Charlie. I can pay for the frags now if Rob wants. As far as growth goes, I know exactly what yoy mean. Mine grew almost the same way. I loved that thing and was sorry to see it go...And the funniest thing is the guy that send me the frag lost his colony at the exact same time. Go figure...![]()

no don't delete it. that is a nice coral. what color was/is it looking thru the glass, red w/blue tips?
that would be cool to actually ship a coral from my tank to someone. i'm sure we could figure out something that would work. i've never shipped before. warm weather might be easier.
Charlie is right, it's a tought coral and the growth pattern is totally a table. i started out with trying to gorw it in a verticle orientation and it formed the table anyway.....![]()

Gene.

Hi Rob,
Thanks! Unfortunately all of the corals in my tank are not alive any longer. Long story...
I'm not sure what exact coral you are asking me about? If you are talking about that red coral next to the mille then it was A.anthocercis. Now, that was a real table coral, Rob. Your mille, or mine for that matter, both belong to clumping growth form corals and not true table growing form like the A.hyacinthus or the A.cytherea, for example.
Kind regards,
Gene.
