Yes, I sent the link to my brother on the East Coast....He has a degree in marine biology and helped me set up my first salt tank 23 years ago.....Nice brother...
Welcome Peter. I hope you stick around to offer advice too. Do you have an aquarium as well, or just that big one... ;)

Jase,
No, after 30 some years of reefing I had to give it up 3 or 4 years ago. We needed to remodel that part of the farm house in preparation for selling it. So, I sold the bundle to two college kids, They were delighted.
When we do sell the farm we are moving to property we have near Roanoke and will build a small house. Once that is complete, I may take a stab again.
Well that's too bad. I bet I'd have been delighted to get your tank as well though.
Maybe when you get the new place, Sue will help you set yours up this time ;)
On a side note, was Roanoke where everybody disappeared?
Always learnin something new...

Charlie, your picture taking has improved greatly.
Very nice looking tank indeed.
The wrasses are called McCoskers, actually, Paracheilinus mccoskeri to be exact. A gorgeous flasher wrasses that I had kept for a spell untill it jumped. They are serious jumpers and mine jumped right through the eggcrate covers I had at the time. Fit in the small holes perfectly...The Mccloskers wrasses are beautiful!!!!!![]()
Anyway, they are closely related to two other flasher species, the carpenter's and flavionalis.
Kind regards,
Gene.
